Flight to Arequipa 13 May 2015

Step out from USA

I managed to get back to Penn Station in time to claim back my luggage and got to the AirTrain terminal.  More and more people gathered to wait for the trains watched the schedule at the monitor display.  A lady told me that only those trains shown in the schedule with an adjacent "plane" logo gone to the airport.  The terminal altered at the last moment and all the passengers dragging their luggage moved quickly to the newly assigned terminal.

I dared not to ask much but listened carefully for the announcement on the train.  Everything went smooth and I finally reached the Newark International Airport.

Plane departed at 14:10 punctually.

Flight to Lima

I was struck by jet-lag and slept all the way (7 hours) to Lima.  After getting back my luggage (21:30), I needed to wait until 1:30 am to check-in again for domestic flight to Arequipa.  While waiting, I got an Italian ice-cream cone at US$4 (limone + pureuso?)

After check-in, I could have a short nap at the gate.  The flight depart at 5:00 am.  I could appreciate the morning beam up in the air

Are they Nazca lines?

At Arequipa Airport, there are snow-top hills at both sides.
